Who we can help?
Our Career Hunters division is a specialized division offering qualified candidates a dedicated recruiter on a retained basis to customize a strategy that includes a specific game plan for conducting searches on their behalf. Our goal is to craft a plan together with the candidates and make them the most marketable talent in the active market. The ideal candidate for this service is confident, talented, skilled, highly educated, willing to consider a broad search, open to the realities of the market but not interested in too severe of a compromise and most importantly has a sense of urgency. Career Hunters will only work with a limited number of candidates. The goal is to be dedicated to a few at an intense level of accountability.

Because of the economy and increased amount of active candidates to the market, we have formed this group to assist qualified candidates that recognize their job search is serious urgent business. Through this custom individualized representation they are investing in a campaign for identification of an appropriate career opportunity. This division is predicated on the idea of the “agent”; representing a small number of qualified candidates and developing a custom marketing plan to strategically approach prospective companies. Having a game plan; fully prepared and well networked candidates will dramatically advance the degree of knowledge, contact, receptivity, interview and ultimately job offers.

How much is it going to cost me, if anything? (Benefits, Guarantees, Costs)
Our costs are quite reasonable and can ultimately end up being free. The initial cost to retain your own "Career Hunter" is a $1000 retainer. In some cases the client companies will pay our fees so if they decide they can pay fees and we receive a fee for your placement we will refund your $1000. Once an offer is accepted an additional $4000 is charged. We offer specific and substantial guarantees; we are fully accountable to professionally assisting you. We provide you weekly status reports, activity updates and specific tracking data for your records relating to all our activity; furthermore you own the data and if your dissatisfied at any point can take over without losing the valuable information and momentum you have invested in along the way.
